2022-2023 Board Meeting Information

The Cloverdale Unified School District School Board generally meets in open session on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Cloverdale High School Makerspace at 209 N. Cloverdale Blvd., Cloverdale. Some months, the date of the regular meeting may change due to legal requirements and the school calendar.

During Regular Board Meetings, the public will be given the opportunity to address the Board on any item of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction, and during Special Board Meetings, the public will be given the opportunity to address the Board on any item on the agenda. Members of the public who wish the address the Board must submit a Speaker Card no later than the beginning of the meeting. The Speaker Card can be completed online prior to the meeting or in-person during the beginning of the meeting. The online link to submit a Speaker Card can be found on the meeting agenda. The Board President reserves the right to limit comments from the public, as well as limit the total number of minutes used on any one topic.

Board agendas can be found on the website at least 72 hours prior to Regular Board Meetings.

Spanish interpretation is available at board meetings. You may come in-person to the meeting and interpretation equipment will be available for use.

The CUSD Board has returned to in-person board meetings for the 2022/23 school year. We continue to monitor the guidance from State and Local agencies and will make adjustments accordingly. Member of the pubic are invited to attend.
